Guillermo Ibañez - General Manager

Born on March 4, 1964. Engineer Ibáñez is Argentinian and has been engaged in the electrical sector for a long time, having worked for Argentine and foreign companies during his professional career. He has been the General Manager of EDS since November 2004. He has gained international experience through his work for the American AES Corporation as President and General Manager of the Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad del Este S. A. and Dominican Power Partners Ldc. Both companies are based in the Dominican Republic, and act as service providers for all the companies based there, as far as energy purchase and sale, new businesses and businesses with LNG are concerned. In Argentina he has also worked for EDELAP (Empresa Distribuidora de La Plata S.A.), first with Houston Lightning and Power and then with AES Corporation.

Gustavo Sartori - Comercial Manager

Born on October 9, 1954. Mr. Sartori has served as Commercial Manager of EDS since November, 2007. He has worked for 29 years in the energy sector in state-run companies, in higher education, in CAMMESA and also in the private sector. He is an Electrical Engineer graduated from the National University of La Plata and has attended several specialization courses both in the country and abroad.

Jorge Ramos - Plant Manager

Born on January 24, 1961. Mr. Ramos is an Electrical Engineer graduated from the Universidad del Sur of Bahía Blanca. He joined the Company in August, 1996 and currently serves as the Power Plant Manager. Through more than 15 years of work he has gained vast experience and knowledge in activities regarding electricity generation and transmission.

Maximiliano Blanco - Finance Manager

Mr. Blanco is Argentinian, born on September 5, 1975. He joined the Company in July, 2005. He specializes in financial and accountancy matters related to the energy sector. Before working for this company, he served as a Senior member of the accountancy team in charge of the Outsourcing services of Energía del Sur S.A. At present, he is the Administration and Finance Manager and has also been member of the board of directors as acting director since June, 2008.
